Police have questioned a former girl group idol A for administering drugs.

According to an exclusive report by SBS '8 News' on the 27th, A was recently caught by police while trying to secretly hide Etomedate used for inducing anesthesia. Because the drug can cause side effects such as respiratory failure, a doctor's prescription is necessary to administer the drug.



A was reportedly questioned by police as a reference and denied taking the drug stating, "I never bought or used drugs. I just checked whether they were available for purchase."

A's hair test that was conducted by police reportedly came back negative.

A is from a five-member girl group and made her debut as a solo artist with popularity and success.
