good luck with that ...But I want the robots to take over so we can all live happily ever after on our basic universal income cheques...![]()
Andrew Yang lied to me...good luck with that ...
Humans suck with out work. This is i think a point that sci fi has right.
just look who are the worst ppl by and large, old money kids.Andrew Yang lied to me...![]()
My dreams of eternal laziness have been dashedjust look who are the worst ppl by and large, old money kids.
And you are talking about a whole world full of that.
I can assure you they are not surface level anymore. They've just mostly overtaken more hidden industries like manufacturing rather than something like retail.I think by 2040-2050 it will mostly be taken over.
Robots still seem surface level from what I've seen although there is that one parkour robot and the striptease dancing one but well, neither looks anything close to human so![]()
I feel like eventually people will get used to it but I think, at least for the next 2 generations people will need human opporaters to make them feel more comfortable with the technology but eventually people will get used to it.i hope i won't ever go that far completely
i would not want a robot to help me in a hospital to be honest

I don't know... even areas like retail are starting to be streamlined, take those touch screens that you can put your order in, in McDonald's. Pretty soon there won't be anyone working the counters at all and then they will start to build machines and can cook the food and then they will just be one or two people working in the shop, making sure the machines don't malfunction...I can assure you they are not surface level anymore. Yeah I don't think it'll be long but they aren't there quite yet.I don't know... even areas like retail are starting to be streamlined, take those touch screens that you can put your order in, in McDonald's. TBH, I think covid is gonna accelerate this process as companies will want to figure out ways to optimise productivity while keeping their staff as small as possible due to social distancing...Yeah I don't think it'll be long but they aren't there quite yet.
I don't think it'll happen that fast but I think it's definitely coming quicker than people think and it's for sure going to happen within our life time!As the technology is improving a lot more faster, it'll happen in the next few years ig.
TBH, I look forward to the day when I don't have to interact with people anymore! It would be a dream come true!i hope i won't ever go that far completely

More robos like me. Not bad at all.
Given the fact I've never even worked a full time job in my life.
Some robot would have better luck than this one anyways.
you loathe people as well?TBH, I look forward to the day when I don't have to interact with people anymore! It would be a dream come true!![]()

What kind of robot would you want first?
I basically want an avatar robot like in that Bruce Willis movie so I can go out and do stuff without actually having to go out and do it LOLOne that can tell me stuff that is useful like google assistant and helps with my pathetic love life?
So like a life coach robot I guess.
