I can't fully put it in order but:

Discography (this is certainly #1)
Formation (how the group is produced and presented; certainly #2)
Well balanced talent wise (dance, vocals and stage presence; #3)
In no particular order:

Stage Presence
It factor or some how standout


For me vocals aren't on the top of the list because let's be real, most Kpop artist are average vocalist. Companies simply don't focus on it enough. Being a idol combines dance, vocals, musical abilities, charisma and variety. Some rare people are excellent in vocal technique or dance ability, or both, but most are a combination of multi talents. Honestly most "untalented" idols are more capable then you and I lol.

2. Live Stages - I don't really mind but if they perform well it's a bonus

4. Visuals - Obviously they have to be... idk, hygienic?
5. Varieties - It's nice if they do different stuff but I prefer groups that stick to a distinctive sound
6. Rap - I rarely ever see this as important... I'm just someone who doens't like hiphop a lot
