my grandparents were stuck in wuhan when covid just started, if they can deal with chinese new year with no visits and just enough food to keep them alive, people should be able to deal with having their holiday plans disrupted
yes, it's annoying, but if the restrictions weren't put in place, the whole pandemic would only get prolonged

The best thing about this is i will never have to go to work again if i say i feel sick. They have done an effective job of terrifying the world.

We'll I'm happy I went back home for holidays and didn't stay in the UK bcs thank you, I don't want to be completely stuck at home again. I was always so careful, I stayed months at home only going for groceries once a week, I barely went anywhere the entire summer, always wearing a mask, respecting the self-isolation thing after traveling... and still because other people didn't understand and listen, it's happening again... I remember around June or something when for the first time in months I went for a walk on the beach, everything was full, people were even doing bbq's in the park

But it violates my rights and my freedoms. It also is damaging businesses and making small businesses go under. Granted if everyone listened to the CDC we'd be out of this mess probably, but I can't breathe when I wear a mask and I just want ot throw a tantrum It's the government trying to control us, next will be microchips.
