Commercially I wish they were doing better, and they still might but musically they've definitely killed it this year, 3 amazing albums

I think in pursuing the shallowness of bp/gc fans aka more glitz / money they are drifting from the core fans who loved them.
and the new folks are not buyers.

Yeah I get why they have chosen this route, but they are not attracting new fans in the way they hoped which is hurting them both digitally and physically.

Gfriend are supposed to be the girl next door or a relatable friend. Not some Gucci model. They can grow up and be classy but more apink less paris.

There is a reason Bomi and Naeun have been on RM so often.

Gfriend int fans have always hated being the new apink and i still say what more could you ask for.

Yeah I mean I loved their songs this year so can't complain lol.
But the concept/image, they could've gone for something mature without being all glam since it's such a hard shift from their former image.
