Photoshop :wonugl: That might be a bit hard for anyone that hasn't gotten the hang of the settings and general making of them. Besides that I can't really recommend gif making sites n sht unless it's Photopea which is just browser Photoshop.

How do you make these? There are so many idols I'd love to make these of.

If you want the specifics besides just "Photoshop" I'd send you a video but it has seemignly been taken down... or I can't find it. But what you do is just download the Youtube video you wanna gif (or whatever other video site), try and always download the highest quality ones.
Open it in photoshop as a video, snip the parts you don't need. Click - Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S -> Save for Web(Legacy). Change format to gif (possibly find the best gif settings online cause the default settings are pretty bad and you won't get gifs like mine with them), and than just make em smaller in size so your computer doesn't implode.

There are also a few other quirks but you'll get the hang of it when you start.
Your PC might not be able to process HQ videos or large videos in general so you might just not be able to even make em unfortunately...
