But they seem to be so low effort with Blackpink. Its always bare mininum.

Yeah that's the most infuriating part with YGE these days, so low effort. Tbh with Lovesick girls and the album, they did more than I expected so I'm cautiously optimistic for Rose's solo.
With Jennie's solo, it was super predictable and that's why I never liked it. Hopefully they don't just stick a boring ballad with Rose.

I've always said something along the style of Park Bom's You and I would be perfect for her. Matches her vibe perfectly.

Rather than low effort, I think it's more minimalism. They think that naming things "The Album" is edgy and puts it high up there when it uh...it doesnt...

I mean with Square Up, anytime I said "square up" as a phrase everyone immediately thought of Blackpink instead of the slang, so idk why they couldn't do something like that? Or continue the Square series since they literally only did 2 mini albums with it.
