because if more bad evidence gets pulled out, people can say she's apologized already, and if more evidence supporting her gets pulled out.. well, nothing really to lose
but she and cube are constantly editing their story now, it just makes them lose the last bit of credibility to their names rn

The smoking and who she hung out with got brought up because those actions are typically related to Iljin behaviour so to Knetizens that painted her in a bad light and Seo Shin Ae being one of the people accusing her only made it worse for Soojin

I know, but for me bringing up stuff not related to actual bullying does take away from the seriousness of the accusations cause then it feels more like judging her character rather than calling out from what she did to someone else.

If she'd have apologized outright, compensated the victim and just dipped for a few months, she'd still have people that hated her but not to this extent and not the point where idle is being hurt.

I don't see any point in meeting with the victim if you aren't going to listen to a word that they say. We obviously don't know what happened but that's just what I'm getting from the fact that she's still denying it.

It's better to just swallow your pride and apologise for something even though, you didn't do anything than keep the situation going.

i get that if she just wanted to move on from the situation then some kind of an apology would work i guess. to me personally being the bigger person does not equal apologising for something that you know you never did, which is why i said that if i was in a situation where i'm accused of doing something that i did not do i wouldn't apologise because there is nothing for me to apologise for. but that wasn't exactly directed at the soojin situation, it was just more of my general approach (and one of many reasons why i could never work as a kpop idol)

I sympathise with Soojin n any victims of bullying but am undecided here, seems Soojin basically admitted to being a thug before being a trainee but not to bullying, so i am gonna be all ambivalent n say i am not a judge or jury hearing a court case. Im just gonna hold off on any public conclusion on either party for now. Such a mess tho.
