How do you usually keep up with kpop? (1 Viewer)

And do you usually feel up to date or out of the date?

Honestly I usually feel quite out of the date. I keep up mostly with forums but that kinda limits my knowledge to what is being discussed in the forum. Sometimes I read articles. I feel like fastest place especially for specific artist would be twitter, but I just can't seem to get into it. With some groups I have also followed fansites and ages ages ago fan-tumblrs that were quite up to date, but not anymore.

I'm like 95% up to date with most music releases, the rest 5% are like so nugu that I can't even find them

News-wise however I'm used to checking redd.it from time to time and either see important news early on or miss them for a few hours

out of date. The latest groups that I liked [recently] were VRVR and Oneus, which isn't that long ago, but kinda is.

With regards to groups I follow, I don't use social media so its hard. For releases by my tops its usually through websites like.. Wikipedia, kpopmap, or others. kps also does a good job of posting new mvs quickly though.

translator accounts, one of my friends actually runs one of the bigger aespa ones so I also hear some of the misc stuff going on, oomfs, Youtube recommendations, forums, if I’m really desperate bad accounts like imjammed, weibo searches, etc
I think I’m really up to date on acts I like, but outside of that I’m nearly always 2 years too late,,,

That sounds really cool: the following news accounts, not the discord thing... not that discord thing isn't cool its just.. I don't know.. discord just always seems clunky to me.

Plus being on twitter is toxic in general and doing anything to avoid the toxic social aspects of it can really help. so many people respond with insults when they don't agree on something and its just
