I cant find specific place to suggest roulette tweaks/ideas:(dont want to clog up roulette thread)
personally i dont think that inserting rares based on percentage at 20% is a good idea so id rather go with a fixed number of rares per roulette. unless your percentage is lower. if it was 10% of cards entered then it wouldnt cheapen the rares as i think 20 or 30% would
But the whole idea of rares is statistically 20% of each new card pulled, an arbitrary number at 2 if more cards are entered in roulette is inconsistent but not incompatible with the whole concept. If a method for generating 30% of total roulette can be combined with 20% probability of rares in the roulette, it doesnt necessarily mean say 12/30 cards in a future roulette if total is 100 cards put in for example, just statistical probability is higher or lower than 12 cards are rares. (30/100 is used for ease of counting). It could be as low as 5 rares or as high as 15 frex.
Usual numbers of cards in roulette seems steady now ~50/60 recently. Maybe 10% so out of 15 least common probability is 1.5 cards incoming(the more cards put in the higher value n, where n=10%(or 20%) of x(x=30% of y) n y=total number of cards put in roulette.
Its up to roulette n cards team decision ofc, but if it was put to a vote of cards users/collectors, i can see where the vote would go.(this would extend viablity of roulette even more, as until 4th batch is released n more users complete 1st/2nd/3rd batch card sets, i foresee even less valuable cards being put into even next roulette(idk if i even hv 5 3rd batch cards to put in by May 28th).
New(-er) users especially seem shut out rn as most cards highly wanted by them are being rerolled/removed by roulette n rare cards at least see possibilty for them to hv a chance to trade for sought after cards. 20%(or 10%) probablity of rares seem better than 1 or 2 rares no matter how many cards are put in roulette. Just my opinion/suggestion.
Tldr: its not 20% of total, btw: its 20%(or 10%) of x(x=30% of total y), y=total no. of cards put in roulette. For example, 50 is y. 30% is 15, so 20% of 15 is only 3 rare cards total. The rest will be 12 cards of watever batch is most common.
@OnlyCalB @Reo @Yili (hope this is right thread to post n i wrote it rightly, as to be understood/understandable).
