You filled the form slightly wrong~ For post count you put the number of posts the badge is for, not your current count! I checked your profile so for this badge it would be 500 and the next one will be 700, then 900 etc~

Sorry but event badges that were given automatically aren't eligible to be swapped! It can be a bit confusing but the best way I think I can explain it is that if you didn't request the badge specifically then it can't be swapped for another badge but it can be removed free of charge since you never asked for it specifically. Meanwhile badges that you have requested can be swapped but there will be a cost in points (500 just to remove or 1k to swap it for another badge). If you look at the Awards page, all the badges that can be requested and are eligible to be swapped is everything from the very top down to the trash badges. Everything underneath that cannot be requested and thus isn't eligible to be swapped either but can be removed for free by request~

Done~ By arrangement do you mean like the order it appears? If it's that then you don't have to specify it~ If you go on your profile under the 'Awarded Medals' tab, at the very bottom there's a sort option so you can change the order yourself!
