What are some things that annoy you that people do?

One of the things that annoys me that I see on sites like reddit or YT is making grand sweeping claims and saying, "research says..." and then saying "Message me and I'll link you to the studies..." Because putting a bibliography in the end of the post or description would be too much effort .. Not sure if its done because they don't think anyone is going to put in the extra effort to message them or something else, but... it sorta seems disingenuous to me.

And then some people make sweeping claims... and they do provide a bibliography, but its full of buzzfeed articles and blogs... so cringy.

Like from a European or American perspective? Because Americans who have been in the US for 100s of years tend to be more lax than Europeans and 1-3 gen Americans.. lol

European. My grandmother was really strict when it came to table manners, so I probably got it from her
