No like porn in general is illegal in Korea now, did you now know?
No I know porn is illegal, but they definitely watch it anyway. Like on that variety show where iKON talked about Seungri's hard disk that was filled with porn lol. But they aren't allowed to make any porn according to my knowledge. I don't think that like porn sites are blocked or anything.

Yeah I know. Tbh I also know I'm overreacting but like, this whole thing has just got me so disgusted
Lol changed your dp back to Sakura already? It's fine, I understand you're emotional rn and it's a natural reaction, take the time you need :pepeheart:

Apparently you have to change your VPN to be able to access any porn sites...

Yeah I knew it was banned but not the exact specifics. I also read that they can import it from other countries and of course use VPNs lol.
Either way, it probably gives them a "thrill" to record themselves, wouldn't surprise me.

I'm girl, but I'd consider showing dick pics and nudes to your friends somewhat normal, sth that teenagers do at least. I mean more in context of someone you aren't in relationship with sending you this stuff and then showing it to your friends either making fun of it (if it's unasked and/or unwanted) or bragging about it. Of course if you are in relationship there is different sense of trust that is expected and shouldn't be broken, but i think the differences between this and hidden cam is that someone took photo of themselves and shared it so they know what is out of there and if there is not sense of trust aka relationship and agreement to keep things private if they sent it they shouldn't just think it's automatically going to be kept just by that one person (not saying it's normal if it goes public or sth like that, more of showing things to friends).

I don't consider filming someone without their consent normal at all and sharing a film you have taken of someone without their knowledge either. But the part of filming without consent is the worst part of me, since you are kinda peeping tom even if you are part of the situation and it just reminds me of those cases that happen lot of Korea of some men putting cameras in women's public bathrooms.

I haven't still finished the video so I'll comment on it after I do ^^;

I agree with that guy that said other celebrities should take this Seungri/JJY/CJH case as an example. Just because they're loved by so many and have money, doesn't mean they're above the law. One way or another the truth will come out. Just look at all these idols being forced to retire and possibly (hopefully) end up in jail. I hope they all take this as an example and have some human decency. And I 100% agree that they should all pay for their crimes. It would be such a huge let down (and a huge reality check on how terrible SK's laws are) if they manage to get away with this. And I'll lose all faith if they do what that other person said and just return to tv after a few years and ask for forgiveness. How disgusting.

Also, I'm shocked by how twisted some of their mindsets are. How are they not understanding that they recorded women without their consent and then shared it? I'm sure they wouldn't be so fine about it had they been in that situation. Gosh, what type of society? I don't mean to generalize but literally more people (including the women) thought this was normal than those that didn't. What a mess. How do they even feel safe in that environment? I'm just going to think that AB purposely only put these types of opinions in than believe this is actually the general mindset. Because he usually does end up just going with the opinions that generates noise (from what I have seen).

To be fair, we don't really know when exactly they filmed the interviews and which segments of the group chat they've all seen, I assume that not everybody is following this case as closely as we all are...

On the video:

- I thought Seungri still had more negative image before this whole scandal, it did improve, but I didn't know it had improved that much. Though in other hand it could be it's just coincidence more people who had good image of him were interviewed. Really shame though, he had gotten public finally on his side and then this happens (of course due to his own actions).

- I wonder if they aren't considering "hidden" and "no consent" in that sex vid part cause if it's taken without consent and knowledge of the woman I don't see how its something that is common and okay for common people do. If it's taken without consent then it's not okay no matter who does it and even less if it's being shared to others. If they think sex vids taken with consent and knowledge of both are okay to be shared to friends by common people, but not celebrities, well it's more grey I guess, but I'd still say it's more on morally wrong side since if one of parties sees it as private and expect it to be not shared to anyone it shouldn't be.

It is really weird some see it normal though and only see problem if it's celebrity.

EDIT: Oh and I'm really sad about Daesung, one guy even thought a bit what was "problem" with him and then said it was hit-and-run, which is far from what actually happened- he simply was part of bad car accident and it's really like no matter he did it would have happened anyways like he was just in wrong place wrong time. I think it's really sad people still think of it when they think of him, they just know he had some kind of scandal so they dislike him even without fully knowing what happened.

it’s wrong and of course i’m against it but i can see many people getting off to secretly filmed sex footage (voyeurism)... especially if porn banned somewhere

however what i personally can’t stand is the way some people sexualize/objectify others and trash-talk about them (and that goes for both men AND women) like JJY did in the kakatalks

Yeah, I hate the double standards where they're talking about the women as if they're trash for having one night stands with them, like what does that make you then? It takes two to tango, you're both doing the exact same thing as each other so if ones person is considered trashy for doing it then you both should be!
