whip cream strawberries/ berries. although berries go in the batter often (like blue berries)
rarely lemon and sugar
cold ones with a berry jam is good too.. I could see pb on cold pancakes be interesting on hot as it would really soak in.

Just syrup if I am lazy. But sometimes whip cream with sprinkles or chocolate sauce. If I am having pancake, not for breakfast then I would put vanilla ice cream on top.
