Do you mean a new set of badges for already existing ones? Because we only allow badge suggestions for active badge revamp threads and we aren’t really sure when the next award season is at the moment

hi, i requested a refund on the badges page of the 15& badge i accidentally bought. been a couple days so i was just checkin in

( would it had been better to request removal in the other thread? just making sure )

Added a notification system, should get notified on forum via alert if any refund request.

Idk where to ask this: here or open a support ticket, so I'll try here first n then if I hv to ill just open a support ticket-

I tried to redeem the code for 4 free badges but only got 1 free badge when I clicked redeem, cos the search tab/watever only gives 1 badge per search(even when I search for the group; when you buy a badge with coins I think you can either choose multiple or keep on clucking one by one)

Is this only happening to me or no one else claimed 4 badges yet or they just scroll thru the whole badge list from top till they find 4 badges n click each 1 they want? I wasn't even expecting 4 free badges before the daily claim hub opened so it's not tat big a deal, but can this be looked into? (As stated if I hv to open support ticket to bring to @/ssourcekeepe's attention then ill do tat) but has no user tried to redeem 4 badges yet? Or just forgot to chk in 15 days in a row?(just curioys on last question LOL

Thnx for all Yr hard work badge/awards team n especially sourcekeeper for automating n lessening burden on awards team to just creatjng/troubleshooting awards stuff(or watever else needs to be done) ❤💖❣💕💘❤🤩🥰😘😍

i think when i tried it, i didnt use search, it can get confusing, i think you clicked submit instead of checking more badges, i changed it so that its more clearer. @Xeulgi can you issue @LoveYooShaSha with 3 badge code?

Wait nvm, i think i can make it easier, make the codes reusable until you claimed all four even if you make mistake.

Thnx, Sourcekeeper. I dint see option to chk more badges using search n it might be I'd lose the result of previous search?(If i rmbr n i qualify for July's 4 free badges redemption ill try n document wat happens)

PS question to assuage my curiosity: did anyone qualify/earn redemption for 4 free badges in May?(since it started on 19th May n only had 12 days worth of daily claims LOL) No worries, as i said i(nor other users expected any free badges before daily claims was implemented so its just an extra bonus you gifted us lucky KS users!! Thank you so much 🤩🥰😍😘☺😊

I understand, but my question doesn't seem like a bug report: how long does a redemption code last?(my situation if u rmbr is tat I purchased in a rush 1 badge thinking I was reserving it, but now u hv amended such tat users can redeem n the system rmbrs remaining I chkd the badges I target rn n I shifted target to complete a set I hv already 1 badge of the grp. Is it possible to refund my rushed badge redemption so I can complete a set instead? Or can I save the remaining 3 for next mth/time I can redeem another 4 to add up to 7 n complete a set including the group I redeemed already?

(tldr can I refund kazuha LSRFM so I can complete KioF - Julie, natty? Haneul & grp badge) if not I'll figure sthg out, maybe buy 3 LSRFM now n buy grp badge n garam w/coins) But if refunded this one time I promise not to ask for refunds for redemption in future

edit: instead of bug reports is there a feedback form/thread for forum updates so users can give feedback on UX/UI after forum updates?(hopefully in future I can rmbr where to give feedback on KS forum UI/UX if there's a channel/option)

Is the frame shop down/not working properly, or is it just me? I should start off by saying that all other aspects of the forum seem to be working perfectly fine, so I'm skeptical about it being a connection issue on my end. I can still post, see threads, rearrange badges, change my name, ect. None of that is an issue. I went to go buy a new frame (62), then apply it.

Also, side note, I appreciate the new frame shop. It has so many cool features and I like how simple it is to use and the layout of it is nice. No notes about that, the team did amazing. I was able to quickly find which buttons to push to apply the badge and change or remove them. The problem is, I was unable to "preview" any frames, either before or after buying them. I was clicking on the preview button multiple times, but nothing changed. I did wait for a bit, but that didn't do anything either.

Similarly, I couldn't apply or remove any frames. I knew what buttons to push to do so, but whenever I pushed the buttons, nothing happened. This went for the red "remove frame" button and the "select" button. I gave it well over five minutes (closer to fifteen or twenty minutes), but no changes have appeared yet. What should I do to resolve the issue? Is there any way for me to troubleshoot the frame shop if/when it doesn't fully work for me in the future (I hope it doesn't happen, but better safe than sorry)?
