I'm kinda mixed on this situation. While I agree that they are a rigged group and it is technically cheating, it wasn't actually the girls' fault and had no part in the rigging, so I don't think that they should be punished. This is such a shame! I was really looking forward to the album and tour as well! I can understand it, but it's still pretty disappointing. Oh well. The girls must be disappointed as well.
