oh yeah i usually don't keep it in because i dont really react strongly anyway. i might say something like "you should have been paying attention" or "if you were listening you would have known" but i dont actually get worked up so i have no reason to hold it back. i dont usually explode either...

For me, it's not that I lose my cool when I'm angry it's just that I get irritated and annoyed VERY easily so while my aggression levels are minimal, it happens quite frequently.
