When I read manga its usually off the viz app, so its by chapter not volume... but I'd say around an hour. Most of the other books take a varying amount of time. For a 3-400 page book ~2 days.. For a 800+ page book, I could have it done [if I do nothing else] in 4-5 days. But I have done the do...
