I lost respect for SM after kicking Jessica out and even more in the aftermath so I consider members leaving a very positive thing but change and the passing of time can often have a somber effect. We're quite lucky that they can still come back as a group (minus Jessica) when they choose, at this stage of their life they probably wouldn't have been doing it more frequently even if they were all still in SM so don't be too sad.
