Source: Another Woman Gives Testimony On Sexual Assault By Group Chatroom Member

Like the woman on earlier article, the woman states she passed out while drinking with some members of Katalk room. She woke up naked without memory what had happened. This happened on 2016 during overseas meeting including Katalks members Seungri, Roy Kim, Yuri holdings CEO and Mr.Kim. Woman says she was invited by her female friends.

Police confirmed from videos shared on Katalk room that she appeared on them. There was also following discussion by JJY and Mr.Kim surrounding the videos:

"Choi Jong Hoon replied that the video was short, and another video was sent by Kim. Choi Jong Hoon replied, “What the, she’s passed out.” Kim replied, “So what if she is?” Jung Joon Young sent the message “It was rape” with symbols of laughter."

Mr.Kim has admitted filming the videos without consent, but says she consented to sex and it wasnt rape.

Police says The case has Been forwarded "to the prosecution on suspicions of quasi-rape (sexual intercourse where the perpetrator takes advantage of the victim being unconscious or unable to resist). "

I think these women are brave and I hope justice happens, i don't think it should Be too hard to prove there wasnt consent based on videos and msg of these women being passed out. Seriously i hope all these men get harshest sentences, whole thing is sick. And personally i hate how Seungri was part of it enabling this behavior (apparently he was even inviting women there)

Just when you think things couldn't get worse. I'm glad that women are coming forward and sharing their stories though. It takes a lot of courage, especially in the society they currently live in and perhaps it could signal a new era of rights for victims of sexual abuse.

With the victims coming forward and giving testimonies, it does seem like the cases are going forward and i think there is no way most of these guys will be able to wiggle their way out of it. Its almost funny that most of damning evidence against them they have gathered themselves.

Yep, the woman of the article mentioned that If she doesnt testify then these guys might be able to walk free and continue doing this to women. So she wanted to stop this happening again to others.

There is lot of victims that havent come out, though i think there is many that won't. And then there is court process and sentencing these guys too, i think it will go on several months still ^^;

If the victims didn't file lawsuit against members of Katalks that sexually assaulted them, i guess it could be possible that they wouldn't even be investigated and prosecuted for those : /

This is some quotes from article of the first woman filing lawsuit: "“I’m worried that I might encounter retaliation or if the police will even carry out a proper investigation. The police stated that they have investigated the group chatrooms, but I have never been contacted by the police. " & " Until now, the police said that they weren’t able to move forward with investigating Jung Joon Youn on allegations of sexual assault. However, with a testimony from “A,” they will officially begin the investigation as soon as she files her lawsuit. "

That's also why it's so important these women are risking getting exposed and coming out with their testimonies.

Well, this was one of the first pieces of the group chat that was revealed to the public if I remember correctly so now I'm just happy that the women involved found the courage to come forward! It was apparent from all of the pieces of conversations that we've seen that these men were systematically abusing women, I just hope that they can get a conviction and that these men get put on some sort of register so that any women that come into contact with them in the future are more protected...
