Personally, I'm not so concerned with VIXX since they have mainly been taking charge of their own comebacks, and Jellyfish kinda can't afford to lose them. However, I'm very concerned about Gugudan, idk wtf Jellyfish is doing with them tbh. They are so close to being inactive, it's ridiculous.

Also, this whole mess going on with The Rose makes me wonder how much they will last as a group

Not with Dreamcatcher as I think, while not perfect, Happyface Entertainment are a pretty good company for the girls and Dreamcatcher are literally their money maker.

Yes 100%.
Starship treat Monsta X really badly. They overwork them far too much. They've been working non-stop for probably over a year now. Before Jooheon took his hiatus he was actually taken away in an amublance after collapsing because he was so overworked. Plus around the time when everything happened with Wonho and Shownu, Starship were being investigated because of the whole produce rigging thing. They cleared the searches about Kim Shi Dae in minutes, but Monbebe worked hard for days to clear the searches for Wonho and Shownu. They straight up threw Wonho under the bus and took way too long to protect Shownu.

These days I'm kinda worried that they'll throw MX in the dungeon once Shownu enlists. They've debuted Cravity now so I feel like they'll shift their focus onto Cravity instead. They've even accidentally tweeted about Cravity on MX's account on more than one occasion. Boyfriend were tossed aside when MX debuted, so I'm hoping they don't do the same to MX.

as far as I know, Dreamcatcher's company is one of the better ones. They are giving us lots and the girls seem comfortable :)

Of course, FNC is known for their petty favoritism. I am 100% certian chances are Seunghyun wouldn't have left if FNC would have given him more acting roles or let him rap like he mentioned many times he likes/wanted to do. Then look what happened to Honeyst, they didn't fall into FNC's favorite section so they were chucked out. N.Flying was even neglected until Hweseung needed a place to go... And you know their money makers were either in military or trouble. Chances are high at some time FNC will toss aside SF9.

SourceMusic/Bighit could have done better jobs promoting Gfriend or giving them the right songs in the past years, but they are already very profitable and not only are being paid but managed to pay all debts and help SouMu build up their agency only with 1 active artist. Therefore not so much. Gfriend's brand is mostly associated with the school trilogy and back then the music, promotions and everything was perfect and made them become a top group, had SouMu become 7th most profitable agency in 2016, etc. I don't have much to worry about even if they don't get another hit.

the ones I absolutly despise? Pledis, FNC, TS and Starship. Those really are trying to top each other with the biggest messes.
