it was actually exposed that a lot of undercover cops were at different places of the protests, vandalizing, breaking into places, and setting fire to make the protestors look bad lol.

and in terms of breaking into the targets, their whole reason was that the previous day, they wouldn't sell water/milk to peaceful protestors who were being teargassed by police and they had been funding the Minneapolis police department for years...


they have been peacefully protesting for years now and nothing has changed, more and more lives are being lost because of the abusive police system. if this is how we get the attention of our government to actually do something and dismantle the shady police union and their policies that abuse poc, especially black people, then so be it.

Minneapolis police deliberately escalated the situation when they chose to fire tear gas and rubber bullets at peaceful protesters observing their 1st amendment right for no reason other than being bored.
What the fuck did they think was going to happen?

Idk, it's not the ideal situation but maybe if peaceful and silent protests actually worked, it wouldn't escalate this far.

As someone who lived in low income housing most of my life I can attest to how important such housing is. During a period of time my household income was around $~600 per month and if not for section 8 I [and many others] would be again living in homeless shelters or worse. Its a sad turn of events.

And more plp have actually died now. Shop owner shot one of looters in his shop. Not sure of others yet.

Well think what ya want this did not do squat in Watts , LA,(so many times i cant count), Baltimore on and on.

No one is saying that the original cop did anything right. In fact i am not sure there is any valid time for kneeling on a cuffed suspects neck.
The idea that every single cop is like the number of bad actors is just as dumb as thinking every x person is a criminal.

Just more insurance companies making money. Power grabbed up by the government, and the fear and hate mongers.

Thats a good background on why some of the lootings etc are happening. I feel like this side is easily missed as its not rly being reported about.

It’s because the police want people to think that the protestors are the ones in the wrong.
also a lot of the looted items like milk, water etc are being given to protestors who were Protesting today and the protestors were also seen organizing clean ups where the riots were taking place. So they’re not just taking stuff for themselves. Unfortunately no one is reporting on this and I had to find out through videos on twitter

Same here. It’s unfortunate but not surprising considering the police has been doing this for a while. Making black people and poc out to be ruthless thugs that are terrorizing communities even though it’s far from the truth.
The police were the ones who were tear gassing the first protestors who were protesting for George Floyd despite them being peaceful. No one knows that though... Everyone thinks that the first thing these protestors did is start riots and started looting...truly sad.
