Can you multitask while on the phone? (1 Viewer)

^As the title says

I try but don’t want to put the phone on speaker to actually do things because then its difficult to hear the person. Idk how people can situate the phone on their shoulder as they talk because it does not stay put for me.

[nuuri]

I've tried and sadly, I can't.

I'm not sure if multitask is the right phrase. It usually involves me being on the phone with a narcissist who only wants acknowledgement to what they are saying, and I'm just passively say yeah.

But to your point about speaker, when we had landlines we'd do this weird thing where we would hold the phone to our ear with our shoulder... no hand needed, but with an android that is likely to not result well with the touch screen.

[Willow]

I tried but failed

[seungfloral]

Sure, it's by nature by now. Cause i work on the phone. Phone on my shoulder, while i write with right hand, holding my coffee in the left.

[Tickita]

Depends on the task. I'd usually have to stop talking to cross the street.

[Yuzuru]

Nope.

[Chiara]

not really

[Magician]
