User Rules
Rule 1: DO NOT TRADE THE CARDS YOU'VE ENTERED INTO THE ROULETTE
Rule 2: Don’t insult other users if they get a card you wanted
Rule 3: Don’t bash the card you end up getting
Rule 4: Don’t bash this Event. If you have suggestions and critique post it in the Events Suggestion Thread, tagging @Reo @OnlyCalB or @Yili

Event Rules
Rule 1: The maximum amount of cards you can enter is 5
Rule 2: No duplicate cards are allowed to be entered
Rule 3: Rare Cards can be entered. 15% of the 30% additional cards Cards Team includes will be randomly selected Rare Cards
Rule 4: You cannot enter International cards in the roulette.
Rule 5: Depending on certain circumstances, you may receive the card you entered
Rule 6: No take backs! Even during the entering phase you won't be able to exchange or take cards back
Rule 7: You agree that if you enter one of the most common cards, it will be removed and no one will be getting it via the Roulette
Rule 8: Limited cards can be entered as well
Rule 9: You cannot enter Legendary cards or the Anniversary card
Rule 10: Cards can be entered the entirety of the First Day of the Roulette
Rule 11: Cards will be drawn the Second Day of the Roulette
Rule 12: 1 hour before the start of the Roulette on Day 2 (so 11PM KST Day 1), you will not be able to enter your cards

SPECIAL VALENTINES ROULETTE!
5th-6th March

On Monday KST, you will be informed which Valentines cards will be included in the Special Valentines Roulette.
We still have 1 more day (Saturday KST) to hand out VCs. So you have about 2 weeks to gather cards you don't want for the Roulette.


For the first time, Cards of Choice can be any Limited Edition card (doesn't have to be Valentines).
*remember, you can't choose a Limited Edition card that someone else has already suggested, but you can choose a Limited Edition that automictically gets included. Other Card of Choice rules also applies.

The Xmas card Candy Canes will be included as it has 0 out.

It will be beneficial to check out the start of the Special Valentines Roulette on 5th March (card users will be tagged), just in case any additions have been made to the list of VCs to be included. All finalised VCs will be in that announcement.

If you wanted Joy say and for example Cal enters before you and then picks Joy that means you would be unable to pick Joy as the card you'd like entered potentially but if someone wanted Bambams Valentines even though he'll be entered into the roulette due to having 0 out he could still be picked as someones card of choice

If I was to choose Joy Valentines, no one else can suggest Joy Valentines as their own card of choice. Doesn't mean Joy VC is destined to be with me as if Joy is 1 of the 3 card of choices to be randomly chosen, anyone can end up with it and they aren't obligated to trade with me. You could still get the Joy VC yourself. :D.

Even if Joy VC (or any card) is included by Cards Team in the Roulette, a participant can still request that card as their choice. Roulette doesn't take duplicates from participants, but any card added by cards team etc is okay.


Note: The no duplicate rule for Cards of Choice is simply so a group of people can't suggest the same card, boosting that cards chances of getting in the Roulette.

Well you don't need to enter Limited cards into the raffle and you only get 1 card of choice overall so you'd have to pick between them

You can enter any card you like as usual: Common, Rare or Limited. You don't need to enter LEs to participate.


The limited side of things is mostly what Card Team will be adding + a participants card of choice.

You may only choose 1 Card of Choice. So you'll have to pick 1 of those 3 you've mentioned. Heads up though, I'll be choosing Dreamcatcher Gahyeon Valentines as I've been waiting a year for that card lmao.

If you enter 5 cards, you'll have your name 5 times in the random generator for the chance of getting your card of choice chosen (enter only 3 cards, and your name only gets entered 3 times etc). Only 3 Participants will have their cards of choice chosen to be included in the roulette.

31 cards in total have been entered, with a batch 1 majority. Therefore 7 of the least common batch 1 cards will be included by Cards Team, along with 1 random Rare Card and 3 Cards of Choice.

9 of the most common cards in the Roulette, regardless of batch, will be removed.
