The card of choice is randomly picked between the cards of choice entered in the roulette. So everyone who wants one can enter, but only 3 of them are picked each roulette out of however many are entered. It's not picked by us, we randomize the list and the first 3 names get their card entered.

Not really. The only difference is the number of cards you enter because each card you enter (up to 5 ofc) gives you one entry for your card of choice, so someone who entered only 1 card would have a lower chance than someone with 5 lets say. But the type of card or whatever makes no difference.

If I can give a little feedback from a confused persons perspective: I think what made understanding the rules very difficult for me, was that it mentions common cards a lot, but this common referes to cards that are factually less common, not their type is common. I never understood this until yesterday and so the entire first post in this thread was confused me to no end and always scared me aways from the roulette

Nope, you can enter any card you own no matter the time.

Event Rules
Rule 1: The maximum amount of cards you can enter is 5
Rule 2: No duplicate cards are allowed to be entered
Rule 3: Rare Cards can be entered. 15% of the 30% additional cards Cards Team includes will be randomly selected Rare Cards
Rule 4: You cannot enter International or Anime/VG cards in the roulette.
Rule 5: Depending on certain circumstances, you may receive the card you entered
Rule 6: No take backs! Even during the entering phase you won't be able to exchange or take cards back
Rule 7: You agree that if you enter one of the most common cards, it will be removed and no one will be getting it via the Roulette
Rule 8: Limited cards can be entered as well
Rule 9: You cannot enter Legendary cards or the Anniversary card
Rule 10: Cards can be entered the entirety of the First Day of the Roulette
Rule 11: Cards will be drawn the Second Day of the Roulette
Rule 12: 2 hours before the start of the Roulette on Day 2 (so 11PM KST Day 1), you will not be able to enter your cards

page one has it , but quick note

you put from 1-5 cards you have already have( also that no one else has put in) into the roulette pool.

you will get that many cards back

you may request any common card as a card of choice to be added to the pool 3 random ppl will bewchosen for this

a percentage (30% )of the total pool of cards will be removed from circulation, new cards will be added to the pool from the 'bank'

that is a simple answer but ofc incomplete..

its all here on page one
