Warner Music Japan has announced that CIX will release their Japanese pre-debut EP 'HELLO Chapter 1. Hello, Stranger' October 23rd.
The EP will include a new song called "My New World'' and the Japanese version of "Movie Star," in addition to all the songs on the Korean version for seven total tracks. CIX signed a contract with Warner Music Japan in August and their official Japanese debut is planned for December. CIX will hold a Japanese showcase mini tour “Complete In X” in Tokyo on Sunday November 10th and in Osaka on Sunday November 17th.

C9 entertainment also has announced that CIX has a domestic comeback planned in November.

CIX is also with Warner Music for other markets outside of Korea, so I assume that they-like AB6IX-are with Warner Music Group.
