BigHit should be fine if you take into account their sub labels, like Source Music and the one they’re starting with CJENM plus there is that rumour about them buying a second company.

I agree that Pledis should probably stick to boy groups but I have a feeling that they’re going to do their own version of Mamamoo since they kept the two main vocals from Pristin & the girl they sent to PD48 was a power vocal too.

Cube was supposed to debut a new boy group this year but delayed it because of Guanlin’s contract dispute so they’ll probably debut that group next year although I hope they leave out Guanlin if he doesn’t want to be there.

SM should debut the new girl group already and give the graduating Dream members a fixed unit ASAP!

JYP will debut their Japanese girl group next year and I think that’s more than enough.

YG need to debut Treasure_13 at some point. Winner are gonna start enlisting next year plus iKON has been dealt a BIG blow with losing BI and BP can’t carry the company on their own especially with the Big Bang members possibly leaving too.

The only company that I a think needs a group is YGE. I take seriously the arguments that they can't manage/handle their existing groups, however YGE needs to be saved long term financially and publicly, the only thing that can do that is a new group.

Aside from scandal/mismanagement YGE has made gross investment and enterprise decisions that have drained their monies and profit value. It's why despite having BP, BB, Dara and formerly CL attached to their label they have been sinking for years.

I like WINKON but they are passed rising to prominent groups, AKMU is indie and unless YGE plans on creating the next BoA/Rain, soloist can't save them. They need the next big mega group to turn everything around long term. So I say YGE needs to rebrand and rethink Treasure. Personally I would drop the basic cute image, go back to the elements that made YG groups special and in order to avoid a BG (too much scandal) or GG(BP is still active and they should make them soloist NOT cut into them) make this new group coed. It's a pretty creative idea that would draw in attention and make it known YGE is new and improved.

I forgot about both Winner and IKON until last year. BTS and BigBang took up all my attention in late 2016-2017.
