I actually did want to be a clown when I was very little, around 3. The reason? I didn't know comedians existed The idea of getting paid for making people laugh sounded like a dream job Be myself, tell jokes and funny stories, make people laugh, get money? 3 year old me loved it. But really, what I was thinking was more in the line of being a comedian, not a clown, not just physical comedy. But yeah, 3 year old me didn't know there was such a job as comedian Ofc, there's a lot more to being a comedian then just that, and I don't think I'd be a good one

BUT YES I WANTED TO BE A CLOWN TO GET PAID FOR BEING FUNNY BC I DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS ANOTHER JOB CALLED COMEDIANS WHERE YOU GET PAID TO MAKE PEOPLE LAUGH AND TELL JOKES
