Do You Agree With The Route IZ*ONE's Management Has Taken? (2 Viewers)

A lot of people expected IZ*ONE to go down the TWICE/GFriend route and do a cutesy if not, innocent concept with their music. However, they surprised us with something completely different with their debut. LVER and Violeta are from what we would call cutesy/innocent. Most fans didn't agree with the direction since over half of IZ*ONE's members barely finished high school. Also, many were enraged that they did not get a "public friendly" song for their debut, making their digital debut underwhelming, though still very good for a rookie.

Do you think IZ*ONE should at least attempt one of the two concept before their eventual break up in 2.5 years? (Well 1.5 years now). Also, do you agree with the route their management took with the group?​

Tbh, I quite like the direction their taking right now because it's something different and there is so much more they could do. But I also think they probably will do a cute/innocent concept in the next year or so. It's pretty unavoidable with the members they have because they would definitely be bashed for doing a sexy concept and the image of the group is supposed to be 'innocent' anyway.

Yeah Mnet quite literally rigged it so the final group would give off an innocent vibe and image. They did a complete 180 with the concept though.

We have the cute songs for concerts and as promoted b sides. Both Oh My! and Up! are great cute fun songs.
I would love for a happy upbeat title. Something with a shot to blow up with the public.

digitally they have shown nice staying power. both songs in the half year chart. not high but in it.

I would define their concept as girly.


And yes I am glad with the direction that they took. La Vie en Rose is really a gem.
