I've noticed in athletes of both genders who work out it's visible and that's fine because I think it means their blood is circulating better.....?
Maybe someone who is knowledgeable can verify either way.

But for KPOP female groups, I'll be honest and say, no, hands with protruding veins do not look attractive to me.
