there are three categories:
dislike - I try to avoid them, a polite greeting in the morning, I would not trust them with a hamster and they are just meh.
ok - neutral, a bit of a small chit chat, a smile perhaps, sometimes a shared joke or a cry; we are ok, but we are no bffs and coffee after work would probably never happen.
like - literally like 2-3 people? we have broken the barrier, we talk about private stuff, we share ideas, we are close to being friends.

last job i thought the people were pretty cool
when i left.... i disliked most a lot lol
i just keep meeting a lot of people who you think they cool and nice
but then you get to know them better and they turn out like jackasses
very rare to meet nice genuine cool people
