My aunt.... She has many health issues and was just hospitalized for one of them. Anyway she decided to attend a huge thanksgiving dinner full of people. Days later, they all went to the mall to go shopping and ate at various restaurants.... She is planning a huge Christmas party. IDK what she is thinking.... I don't even think she owns a mask. If I was in her position, I would be pretty scared to catch COVID. Meanwhile my uncle (on my mom's side) just got released from the hospital because he had COVID and it hit him pretty bad. Thankfully he is recovering now.

My mom wears the mask under her nose and my brother doesn't even have a reusable one my family is pretty conservative

My mom suggested my brother go to gymnastics when my other brother was sick with covid symptoms because "he didn't have a positive test result" (he had no test result at all, positive or negative.

Thankfully they got tested and it came back negative, but it still frustrated me how she didn't think of others and how they could get sick from him.

One of my old managers thinks covid is fake and has been deep into that Q-anon garbage for years lol
They had to fight her to wear a mask when my old work place finally started requiring them. Besides her, no one close to me is being super reckless. Maybe the occasional questionable outing, but they're always quarantining before and after and staying cautious and aware of any possibly consequences from their decisions.

Not personally but sort of? My BF's grandma went to the family Thanksgiving and this part of the family thinks the COVID 19 thing is fake and that all of the numbers don't add up so none of them wore masks and were careful and well two of them got COVID. And his grandma is fine thankfully but geesh.
