I would say so. All the platforms I have seen fans on have had mostly people espouse to liking multiple groups.

I do wonder though. If a fan of lets say a random group--BTS--only listens to BTS, are they really a kpop fan or just a BTS fan? I mean can I really can I'm a fan of jazz if I only listen to Billie Holiday...

I listen to lots of artists (even outside Asian music) and don't really have a real favourite one (except currently NEO JAPONISM and MIGMA SHELTER who can fit that category). I have never been the type of person who loves only a group and stay loyal to them. My favourite artists have changed while I was growing up and it will still evolve through time. When I first got into Kpop I was into Lovelyz, Oh My Girl and Gfriend but none of them are still in my current stan list. Nowadays I just listen to artists because I love/enjoy their music, I am no more a fan of anyone in particular. I like saying that I am fan of no one but curious about everything when it comes to music and I think everyone who knows me will confirm that catch phrase.

Yes and no. Korean culture when it comes to stanning is very different to international. If I went to Korea and told somebody all the groups I stanned they'd think I was nuts.

just do what you want and listen to whatever you like, it's always good to be open to discovering new music even though the approach you have is something i don't often see among kpop fans. and it's much different for me too i mean i still listen to the same artists i did when i was 10

I'd say 90% are. if you call yourself a K-pop fan and you listen to a single group, then you are not really a K-pop fan but rather a fan of that group. this has been discussed so many times actually, yes you can have an ultimate favourite, but if you don't listen to anyone else then you cannot be considered a K-pop fan
