I've tried before, but I never really got super into it. Though I really should work out if I want to stay healthy when I get older.​

I use an app that gives me short little workouts that help me get active without making me dread working out-which can sometimes happen with me so I would say I do workout but not a crazy amount.

I used to in the summer but not anymore. I should really start again

I used to do weights and conditioning in my freshman year if that counts as working out, nowadays I don't really do much physical exercise anymore though

I walk my dog daily and i usually like to jog a bit while doing that so kinda yes, but also I don't think I would work out if I didn't have a dog so it's not on purpose.

i should, i u sed to and i do it in short periods of time and then quit

My eldest daughter and myself will go for a run around the Imperial Palace grounds (1 lap of the grounds is roughly 5km) at 5:30am on a daily basis.
I will also alternate days between doing 1hr of weight lifting training and 45mins of swimming.

Remaining in top physical shape is very important to me

I go to the gym 3 hours per week for a Yoga class. Been going to the gym since I was young, but I quit for a few years because of a surgery. I decided to follow an app and workout in last year's quarantine but I realized I was lying to myself when I said that I will follow it strictly. So I ended up going back to the gym.
Aside from Yoga I also go for walks everyday. I hurt my knee today lol.

I love working out when my body has gotten used to it, but getting my body to that point is difficult for me since I’m lazy. I haven’t worked out at all this year so I should really get back to it.

Coincidently, I worked out today. I don't work out often but I do want to live longer and have a healthy lifestyle.

I would work out more if I owned a superdome with a security system to keep others out. I would take more long walks. I don't like seeing people as part of my workout and I don't like treadmills.
