I'd say yes, but music is subjective so.. There is some objectively bad music though

and if some people like it it means that it's not so bad

so no bad music don't exist

If you find a song so good and make it heard to someone else and think that your song is the worst, does it make of your song the worst song ever ? No

and music can't be objective, if we are honest it's not possible to be objective if there's no science involve in this
because science and maths are the only thing where it's all about a logic and result

Music, art, book etc... you'll never be able to have a true objectivism on them because each people have different taste.
even when critics music give their critics, they try to be as objective that they can but their own taste still play a big part in their judgement

so you can't say that bad music exist since you can't define what bad music is objectively

Interesting take. I guess that's why music theory exists. I personally think that there is music that lacks skill, creativity, meaning etc- a lot of criteria that can objectively classify some music as "bad"

I disagree, poorly executed music is definitively bad by definition. Especially when compared to well executed music.

Just like a master chef can do wonders with simple ingredients that a bad cook can turn into uneatable dreck.

you can enjoy smth that is "bad" by some definitions
lacking in complexity, creativity, originality, etc.
these things can still be enjoyable, even when you listen or understand in whatever way needed all elements of it
you can still enjoy these things technically if you allow yourself to
however does that mean that they are good? not really.
a "bad" thing is not worthless. it can still be enjoyed, however, it is worth less than something good in the realm of recommendation and critical analysis.

I think bad music does exist, it's no different than a movie being classified as bad since there are people who enjoy bad movies. When it comes to music though people seem to be more defensive about their music taste being called bad unlike movies where it's kinda embraced.
