Right now they only have Seungri on the prostitution charge and JJY on the hidden camera stuff and if I'm not mistaken all of the chats we've seen so far are from 2015-16, meaning that there is at least 3 years more of incriminating messages in their phones! Judging from the contents of their previous conversations they could probably get additional drug and rape charges amongst other things...

Yep, but like others denied first and then confessed, I was expecting him to do that now that the others have come out. It doesn't seem like he's outright denying right now though, he's just avoiding answering that and saying he will rather talk to police.

If he's now planning to enlist I wonder if that is his way of saying he will get arrested and won't be able to enlist? And again rather than denying it he's saying he's apologizing to the "people". He doesn't seem confidence of his own innocence anymore, but he's not really admitting to anything either. I wonder if he will really just take it to the court and deny everything and trust he has enough to counter the prosecution and evidence.

I don't know, like I was first of course really disappointed, but also feeling sorry for him and just hoping the would come clear for himself too. I thought for me it was hard to change that love I had for him to dislike or hate, despite all I liked him and thought he needed to get a some cold shower and wake up call with this to stop disappointing everyone around him.

But idk, seeing how he's being with press and saying all this stuff, and seeing more how he talked about the women involved on the chats, there is just sense of detachment now. It starting to feel more like that this wasn't the person I knew getting caught up into bad stuff and making horrible choices that he would need to face and more like, well like did I know this person in the first place. • Someone from the police intentionally leaks this to the press.
• The press run with the story.
• Seungri hears about this before he leaves.
• Decides to begrudgingly give the phone over.
