Cypher 2 has the best display of technical ability imo. Cypher 3 has better hooks and lyrics, and J-Hope actually had a verse rather than just being a hypeman as in Cypher 2. Therefore I put them on the same level.

Cypher 4 is catchy, but "sorry bae" gets repetitive fast and they don't have the best verses imo.

Cypher 1 is alright.
Circle Room Cypher is superior though
