Sorry to bother you, but I’m a new Flover and I would like to get to know more about the girls. Could you recommend me anything I should watch to know more about them?

So, fromis_9 has some reality shows. You could watch "fromis room" (it's their first reality, it starts even before their debut and shows them leaving their homes, going to live together in the dorm, participating in the first practices, they do some fun missions, etc. I think it would be a good start.

They also have other two reality shows, "Channel_9" and "The 100".
The first is a series where they chose some random fun things they would like to do/places they would like to go and the production makes it happen.
The second is about a 100-hour vacation to Juju Island, it's really fun, my favorite fromis show, and shows them doing a lot of fun stuff as a group there.

And ofc, there's the Idol School, the show that made the group. Tbh, the show isn't as good as Produce shows, but if you like survival shows and fromis, you may like it (the editing is kinda meh).

Last, they have tons of Youtube behind-the scenes videos and some Weekly Idol, Fact in Star and Idol Room (this one with Loona, my favoriyte IR episode of all time). Oh, also, a lot of their VLives is subbed, of you like it.

Channel_9 episode 2 is out! Honestly, if after this episode they don't confirm a comeback in the next 15 days, I give up on OTR. They hint so much that a comeback is close on this episode that I think a teaser/confirmation of it may happen on Kcon Japan in the next few days.

It's a really fun episode btw, a must-watch for all Flovers:

It Only makes sense especially since iz one is coming back in Japan soon that means they have to be prepping for a k comeback along with the concerts.

fromis_9 performed at a festival today! I forgot the name of it right now tho. Some girls are with new hairstyles, I'm sure a comeback is coming soon now.

Romsae is with black hair, Jiwon with purple hair and Chaeng with short hair.

I'll post some photos and fancam when they come up on Twitter and Youtube. They performed a lot of songs!
