Just finished the Pokédex in Legends Arceus which is the only time I've bothered to finish it​

The closest I've been is in Ultra Moon (haven't yet finished the Pokedex, although I might have finished one of the island Pokedexes). As for Sword, I have no friends and no NS Online membership so I might never finish it.

I usually end up getting all the species of Pokemon in a game and then stopping before getting the entire line because I don't wanna level them all up

You didn't just look under the truck? I just used the Trainer Fly glitch to get Mew although I also used it once to get a Level 7 Cubone which I traded for a Level 7 Machoke from an in game trade which turned into a level 7 Machamp

Ok I haven't finished any of the island Pokedexes BUT I have a grey crown (means that you've seen all of the Pokemon in that island but have not caught them yet). Pretty close to finishing Melemele's Pokedex though!

I manage to collect all 151 pokemon - the mew I got from my indonesian friend

only within 1/2 hour after trading some other random pokemon the cable accidentally got disconnected leaving me with a corrupted file!!!

and since then I've never played pokemon on a handheld device ever!!!
