Help For Thin, Fine, Long Hair? (1 Viewer)

I think I have the worse hair type ever tbh and I have no idea how to do
anything nice with it because it's so hard to manage. My hair is down to my
butt, it is very thin and fine and like any tutorial I like at seems to always
have short hairstyles. I seriously need help .. idk what to do to make it thicker
or even make it just manageable enough to have a good hairstyle other than
straight for prom.​

Very thin hair. I could pull out a ball of hair just by tugging at it. My ponytails were never proper, and my hair was always dead because it was so thin and weak. My hair is much better now though. Tell me how it works out!

some tips I can think of:

- avoid tying your hair
- brush your hair gently with a wooden brush and from the bottom to the top daily
- don't wash your hair every day
- trim your hair regularly
- it would also be good to shorten your hair (though i'm sure you don't want that)
- you might wanna start taking some biotin and also castor oil is good for thickening your hair

I don’t wash my hair often anymore tbh, mostly because I realized washing my hair everyday made it more oily so I stopped and only wash it maybe once or twice a week now. But I’ve always heard the brushing from bottom to top works better! I’m going to have to start doing these things more often. Thank you for the advice!

Ohh! Have you tried Biotin shampoo/conditioner? Biotin is literally used to make your hair thicker (and longer according to what I've read, but I have yet to see results from that ) I started using this brand and it works pretty good! I'm not too sure about the spray thing tho 'cause I only have the shampoo and conditioner.
