How many survival shows have you seen in their entirety? (1 Viewer)

I've seen three in their entirety (or as much as aired to date). Sometimes I will stop watching when my fave becomes eliminated and it was too heartbreaking. The ones that I have seen all the way till the end were Girls Planet 999, I-land and My Teenage Girl (still airing). What about you guys?

not a single one. i stopped watching gp999 like halfway through. hell, i've never even watched a full episode of kingdom despite being a deobi (and also being a stay at the time). the most i would do is stream the performances.

i do want to watch the entirety of queendom 2, but whether i actually will or not depends entirely on what the lineup looks like.

wjsn are basically a shoo-in at this point considering the members have hinted at it, plus starship has recently made up with mnet. i can also see itzy doing it, as jype has a pretty good relationship with mnet. they don't need it, but neither did mamamoo in season 1.

not sure who else could be in the lineup, but i hope everglow joins (i know e:u recently said they wouldn't, but part of me hopes she lied). i also wanted cherry bullet, but a comeback just got announced so that's unlikely.

A few, but I watched them after the show ended because I became a fan of the group. Examples are MyDol (Vixx) and The Unit (UNB and Uni.t), Mix & Match (iKon)

ywy2 stans have a weird superiority complex when the show was super rigged (they were also the ones behind the milk dumping scandal that really ended survival shows in china hhhh) but it was a fun show to watch overall I’d say even if all the best group performances finished in the first half of the show
chuang 2020 had even worse rigging than ywy2 and I only powered through it for yiyang while got snubbed so badly, and my pick who actually made it in is getting treated like 7th despite finishing 2nd, the format was really questionable imo
chuang 2021 was overall a fun experience imo because of the pure amount of memeing; it wasn’t so great if you’re good at noticing the subtle rigging (only 1, 5, and 6 seemed unplanned by tencent lmao and only because they dropped oscar after the backlash of rigging him too high up)

Yeah i was just gonna mention how Cherry Bullet is now unlikely because of the comeback announcement. Maybe Weeekly would be there instead?

I hate them all. I also DESPISE the over editing MNET does. Cutting into the performance to show the same judge reaction 5 times in a row, so annoying man. It's also so intense and dramatic for nothing. I only watch the performances on youtube of the person or group I like, vote for them then call it a day.
