Well it can vary, I believe it’s an outdated term tbh anyways, but I eat “dinner” at 3-4 usually and “supper” at 8-10

I got in to the habit of eating early because of cheer. I wanted time to eat and for the food to settle, especially since I was the one cooking dinner and I didn’t want to start at cooking at 9:30 pm. I wouldn’t be home until then on cheer days.

I eat lunch 3 - 4 and dinner at like 10 or after nowadays
