Appreciation I love winter, but hate christmas (1 Viewer)

I love winter
I love sitting in front of the fireplace when it's snowing outside
I love the snow
I love how still and quiet everything is

I also love the cozy aesthetic and nice soft sweaters
Being warm is the nicest in the winter, it just is

that being said, I don't like christmas
I always feel like winter love tends to = christmas love usually

I despise Christmas music
I despise the stress of buying gifts
I hate the bright colours, to me winter is all about the browns and muted reds. Warm colours that don't hurt the eyes.

Winter is amazing and I love it
Can't stand christmas though

See and i hate winter / cold but love Christmas.
Snow is nice the day it falls and sometimes the day after beyond that is just an annoying, dangerous, pain in the ass.
The frost the ice pluging in your car, starting it 10 min before you leave so that hopefully you can see out.
Winter sucks. :)

Listen to Christmas music year round. Never got tired of it when i worked in retail for 60-100 hours a week.( those were hard years.)
I like that this time of year strangers will actually talk to you in more than monosyllables.

Living in Australia was pretty perfect except no family to hang with.

I don't care for either, but I don't hate them
