oh my goodness thank you so muchDoctors told me 20 years that I'm lactose intolerant. Then I've tried milk directly from a farm - no problems. I drink cow's milk again and use it for cooking, but I stopped using the crap from the supermarket. There's a limit value for pesticides even for bio milk, but that doesn't mean it's completely free from toxic substances. If your gastrointernal system is hypersensitive, even very small quantities of pesticides can irritate it. It's a pretty normal defensive reaction of your body and not lactose intolerance. Of course, there is lactose intolerance, but it's not always the case when a person can't drink cow's milk without 'issues'.
If you don't want to use vegetable milk sources like soja, coconut, almond, oats, etc, try a small amount of milk from an organic farm. Maybe you have luck and you can drink that milk from now on.
When you buy a dairy product in a supermarket, don't expect that it includes high-quality-milk. Mainstream food manufacturers tend to use the cheapest raw materials because of their profit maximization.
By the way, I like yogurt and I always use it for my salads. But I don't buy it. I have an electric yogurt maker (you can buy one at Amazon, it's not that expensive). I make my own fruit yogurt too (without refined sugar!)
