which one do you believe in more? i think the one that was more popular was 'innocent till proven guilty' but recently that doesn't seem like the case, at least from what i've seen from kpop stans nowadays

But worse than that is fans that go around defending their faves saying nonsense, yet deep down even they know they can't be objective. It's always guilty until proven innocent these days not even just in Kpop. I believe in innocent until proven guilty though-I mean look at the people who automatically believed Amber Heard was the victim, not Johnny Depp.

It's honestly sad.

It depends on the situation. In most cases, innocent until proven guilty. However, if a victim comes out about SA or abuse, I will stand with the victim unless more information comes out proving the allegations false.

I don't believe in just picking a side like things are black and white because in some situations there can be more than 1 person at fault so to me it's better to just change your stance as information is revealed but most people make a fool out of themselves quickly and then are too embarrassed to admit they were wrong.

Yes 100%. As someone who has had personal experience with this, most victims are too scared to come out about their abuse, it's hard to provide any solid evidence that you have been abused or SA'd, so when people do come out with their experiences, they are backed into a corner, being bombarded with people asking for "proof." people don't get assaulted and just pull out their phone and film it, you know? I think it's important to stay open minded, or as @Abeamus said "it's better to just change your stance as information is revealed but most people make a fool out of themselves quickly and then are too embarrassed to admit they were wrong." They made a really good point. We really don't know anything as an outsider and I am tired of people attacking idols or the people who made the allegations, because simply don't know!!!
