I am Happy and actually low key pissed that they wasted January to come back in the blood bath month.
Maybe they wanted more noise but that is 3 freaking months wasted... 10% of the announced life of the group ... gone.

CJ ENM gave the groups an all or nothing choice and for Iz*One everyone agreed on continuing but for X1 about half of the agencies backed out causing their disbandment.

I thought it was 2 of the 9 companies but the point was it was no unanimous.
If i had to guess it would be 2 who had kids already in a group.
Not sure it was the right call and all the boys wanted the group to go forward.
The only real question is commercial deals going froward. Will companies want them as endorsers?
Because both fanbases are strong and committed.

Because of this really i am ambivalent/negatively pre disposed to any of the bg coming out of the mix.
The companies broke their word also. And turned this into a loose loose situation.
I would be much more on the side of x1 the group trying to work out from under this.
Did nt they sell some huge venue for the showcase? Ride out the neg press/antis heck its a boy group not like the public cares anyway.
