Rosie was actually the one getting the best opportunities for the first 2 years but Blackpink wasn't as huge and were all only getting a handful of jobs. Then BP exploded and Jenlisa started getting the big gigs while Chaesoo got unnecessarily pigeon holed.

The reason nothing gets done is because akgaes have no grasp of the big picture. Instead of doing the smart thing and asking YG their faves aren't getting decent promo, they're more focused on the attacking the girls who are.

Unpopular opinion: I don't think BP is promoted that well as individuals. Modeling is good and it keeps the lights on but it's never going to be at the same level as OSTs, Acting gigs and variety shows. Those build careers
