At this point, nothing that comes out seems it will surprise me any more.
The fact that this particular person (JJY) has had a shady past with similar accusations that were swept under the rug (regarding hidden cams etc) should make it come as no surprise to those that are now seeing more clearly what type of degenerate he is.
(Note: I tried not to turn this into a bash, however, in this case I'm not sure how else to word it nicely considering the evidence piled against him that isn't just "rumor" but literally, physical evidence. Apologies to staff in regards to no bashing rules).

It's unfortunate for anyone that's associated with him that isn't actually like him/wrapped up in the disgusting things he's said and done.

It's even more unfortunate for any women he's been around that have had things said about them and done to them, especially those that have had it filmed and shared for "shits and giggles" amongst perverse individuals.

I don't think the Strip Club part is true because they seem to be talking about it as though it's some sick joke but the stuff about the girl being passed out must be true because they're talking about a clip which must've been posted in the original chatroom...

Yup that seemed like joking around and not being serious, but it did sound like passed out girl was being filmed and that film was shared.

At the moment we are only talking about Jung Joon Young because we don't know the other name's but even when they didn't do anything (sharing videos etc.), they knew of these crimes.

I don't know the korean law system but this has to be a criminal act too, right?

The purpose of the chat room and rooms, (there were three subs
and Seungri had his own room) was to share secrets recording of the women. This includes girlfriends, one night stands, flings, prostitutes (more then likely) and possibly rape victims.
