The song, called 'THE BADDEST', will be one of the main themes/songs for the 2020 League of Legends World Championship (begins 25th September)

Rumours about this comeback:

1. Seeing as this is a "pre-release" single, people are suggesting there is going to be an album, most likely an EP, called 'CALLINGALLBLADES'.
(Riot has recently partnered with Universal Music group to produce six songs for this year's World Championship).

2. This promotion is going to be huge

3. There could be a fifth member added to the group

True. Pop/Stars was actually a huge release and seeing as Riot partnered with UMG for more music, it seems like Riot wants to make this unit a permanent thing. A comeback once a year for the LoL World Championships would at least be good enough.

I did too tbh, as official (G)I-DLE accounts haven't mentioned it.

But seeing as K/DA is a verified account I got my hopes up, then the official League of Legends account mentioned it, so that confirmed it for me.

i hope they are not going to add someone else, K/DA as 4 is perfect, and I couldn't really imagine any other champion who could fit the concept out of the blue

Sounds great! So far Cube is doing well with idle but I hope fall & winter are a break for them...they’ve worked hard up until the summer & are probably already preparing for next year.

There were rumors that an European singer was added and I even heard rumors that Madiosn Beer left the group.
Riot wanted this to be a global group and they want to sell skins. They will surely have a new outfit for all of them, but they will add at least one new member (most likely 2-3) so you could built a team with them.

With Tencent owning the most of riot games (but riot having full creative control) and the recent lift on kpop music in china they would be stupid not to add a chinese group member to the group and Yuqi is predestined for that. She is chinese, speaks english, chinese and korean and is already known and easy to schedule with two of the other group members. Also she has a nice voice color that is not yet present in the group.

If they want to add three members and include all major reagions, Minnie would be a perfect addition coming from SEA. So tehree shall be a possibility,
