First off, forced elementary school to high school for everyone came from white culture. Other cultures such as East Asian and Jewish also emphasized education but it’s not a universal thing in most nations histories. The vast majority of people are literally wasting their life in school just to prop up an establishment based on white supremacy, and literally learning more things about white culture than their own culture and don’t have a way to opt out. People were able to build empires with limited or no education. Yet we need almost two decades just to Google stuff and watch instructional videos on TikTok?
You can learn all you need to learn in 1 or 2 years. Most necessary things are pick up from experience, not sitting in a classroom.

Humans no longer pray for rain so why do we still have this magical thinking that staying in school solves everything. If people are inclined to learn more then the door should be wide open for them. Those who don’t want to should be free to explore other possibilities.

A lot of this came from colonialism, especially the elementary - middle - high school structure

the problem was that they were prohibiting people of color who wanted to learn. But now it’s literally force everyone into their system, and of course there’s huge discrepancies on top of it

But he didn't learn everything he needs to know in two years. Einstein, and everyone else who are useful and doES great things are life long learners. Maybe not in a formal setting but they are always learning. I suppose if you want to learn how to eat and maybe not drool on yourself you *might* be good in two years. Do you really want to go to a surgeon with only two years of school and experience, who needs that?. How about we let high school drop outs run nuclear power plants. Or maybe we can give the keys to our nuclear weapons to kindergartner's! Your highlighting the exception, not the rule. Some people pick things up faster than others. Einstein is usually considered to probably have had autism

at that time they didn’t have much knowledge about learning and developmental disabilities and they don’t necessarily affect intelligence depending on area of intelligence and which disability

there’s a probably a lot of people nowadays who would’ve dropped out or flunked out if they were not diagnosed but are highly intelligent in their own right
